  9. supports 12- or 13-period accounting. Up to 20 separate divisions of a company
  10. can be set up with individual or consolidated financial reporting and inquiry
  11. capabilities. Multiple companies are also supported. User-defined reports are
  12. available with current period, year-to-date, comparative budget, and previous
  13. year with variances and ratios. A special year-end adjustments entry screen
  14. enables you to adjust previous and current financial year figures to define
  15. frequently made accounting entries and access them through a single number.
